Temperature controller is a measurement device used on temperature control. Thermocouple-type and resistor-type temperature controllers measure temperature electronically, obtaining the temperature change from the sensor and sending the measured data to the electronic processor. The output device will then control the temperature variation within a specific range.

Delta's DT series temperature controller has fast output response, accurate PID parameter auto-tuning, support Modbus communication protocol and is built-in with various output types, allowing different systems to reach a stable control status very quickly. Besides, all series are complied with international installation dimension and CE, UL international safety approvals.


 

 

 

 

DT3 Series 


The Delta temperature controller DT3 series is designed with upgraded hardware and higher specifications to offer smart operation, fast response, and easy modularization, plus user-friendly and user-defined function keys. With Self-Tuning and FUZZY temperature control functions, controllers can be installed in both open space and confined space applications and are capable of presenting a smooth temperature control curve.

DTA series


DTA series is designed for practical applications with 3 most-frequently adopted signal outputs in the industry and is built-in with various handy functions and transmission structure, ensuring fast and stable transmission of data.

DTD Series 


 

Improved hardware capability, enhanced software and competitiveness, key operation and parameter display are handier than those in DTA and DTB.

 

 

 

  • Offering PID, ON/OFF, manual and PID programmable control, for multiple applications.
  • Built-in with various kinds of sensors, for flexible switching.
  • A group of alarm outputs with 8 modes, for more choices of applications.
  • The set value is stored in EEPROM (4K bits) and can be written repeatedly for 1 million times and stored for 10 years. The data are more stable
  • The key-locked function makes the controller safer than other controllers

 

 

DTE series


DTE series is a multi-channel modular temperature controller, supporting maximum 8 groups of thermocouple/platinum resistance input. The DIN rail installation saves wires, and the controller on each channel can work independently at the same time. DTE offers several output modules (relay, voltage pulse, current output and linear voltage output). The built-in 2-wire RS-485 communication is able to reach baud rate of 115,200bps. In programmable control, DTE is able to set up 64 sets of different temperature and control time. In addition, maximum 7 DTC2000 controllers are extendable to DTE, and DTE supports the synchronous communication protocol and auto ID setup function which DTC series also supports.
